Apartments for long term: Mostly it means an at least 1 year long lease agreement.
Rooms in studetflats: In these apartments lives students (CEU, IBS, ERASMUS-program in Corvinus, ELTE, Technical U.) who rent rooms in common households or young people who arrived for traineeship in Budapest. These rooms are in furnished, equipped apartments.
