The flat is 33 m2 big and the room is 25 m2. It’s
renovated, fully furnished (IKEA) - in accordance
with the needs of exchange students (with 2 beds!
)- and well-equipped with all necessary machines
(fridge, washing-machine, tv, iron, microwave…).
It ’s very bright, sunny and friendly, on the 3rd
floor.
Has a wonderful centre location! Universities can
be reached in a few 5 minutes walk. The shopping
street Váci is in 5 minutse walking distance. The
most important public tranports are also nearby,
in walking-distance (METRO 3, tram 4 and 6). Every
pubs and discos are no distance at all, you can
also go home by foot at nights. The area is very
secure.
The next street, called Ráday is the street of
restaurants and cafes, pubs. This is the new Main
Street of Budapest, everybody goes there to have
lunch or dinner, or to have some drink with
his/her friends. Has a particular atmosphere.
