Helena House located at No. 3 Káldy Gyula Street in Budapest’s VIth District, in the close vicinity of Deák Square and Andrássy Road. The building has an unique atmosphere and special façade, and includes an artistically arranged interior garden. The building was constructed in the place of a residential house designed by Vilmos Freund, which had deteriorated to such an extent that it had become a danger and was condemned for demolition. The artistic building of the renowned architect, which was constructed around 1870 suggested the sophisticated design of the Helena House. Thus, the ready-built residential building pays homage to the celebrated architect and to the architecture of old times. The condominium comprises 53 apartments on eight stories, with an underground parking garage. Apartments are one and a half, two- and three-room apartments and their sizes vary between 38 and 88 square meters; in the underground parking space, 55 car parking lots were created. Basically, the building has A pitched roof, combined with terraces and roof terraces. Facilities such as a reception service, jacuzzi and sauna are available in the building.
