Danubeside New Buildings
Description
Down on the Danubeside from Grand Boulvard in 9th district to Lágymányosi Bridge are newly developed luxury residental buildings in row.
In the norhtern tip is Duna House, and just on the south of it are Duna-pest House and Castrum House. These latter ones offer high-end amenities for their tenants: gym, spa, wine storage room, snooker-room.., and full panoramic view to the Danube and Buda side.
Going down to the north are some modern office building, and the National Theater and MÜPA (Palace of Modern Arts) in the southern tip close the Danubeside row.
Tram line goes alongby the east side of the buildings to connect the neighbourhood to the central, and to Grand Boulvard.
