Tenant pays the rental fee (hun: bérleti díj), the building maintenance fee (hun: közös költség). Sometimes the building maintenance fee includes two parts: there is an amount for the maintenance and an other amount for building developing, renovation (hun: felújítási alap). In this case the tenant pays just the real maintenance amount. Once a year the building maintenance fee is raising, mostly by 4-8%. It is practical to lay down what is the maximum what the tenant accept.
In some case the building maintenance fee includes the water fee as well, in some other case not.
Other costs can be gas, electricity. The price calculation of these supplies are various. Mostly it depends on the building type. In some case you can rent the apartment with fix cost, in this case it is important what this fix cost consits of, for example internet is inside or out of the amount.
