Security deposit are mostly 2 month’s rent (in case of high standard furnished apartments may be 3 month’s rent) and the half of it is due to pay at contract signing. First month's rent and rest of security are due, usually in cash in the the apartment handover. Many of individuals accept cash payment, or rarely by bank transfer, on the business day following the act. Tenant has to take in count her/his daily ATM withdraw limit in the case of cash payment.
