Description
The Gozsdu Court is a speciality in Budapest's city centre. The built-up area is 60.000 sqm including the 12.000 sqm retail area in the ground floor. Our paln is to make the Gozsdu Court the center of the city centre.
The eleven buildings of Gozsdu Court from functionally point of view can divisible two parts. The "old" Gozsdu Court and Holló street 10-14 is a place for shoping,
entertainment and pampering with coffees, restaurtants, gallerys, exclusive shops and the Holmes Place fitness center.
The Holló street 6. is a parking house with 10 shops int he groundfloor. This area is the "service" street of the Gozsdu Court with "Food Corner" (greengrocer, exclusive wine shop, chese shop, fish shop, bakery) and post office, news, launder-cleaner, tobacconist's shop, ATM, change..
