2) We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We have ultimate discretion over which tenant we accept.
3) We maintain strict standards for potential tenants, and we only select applicants from the pool of those who meet our requirements (please see below)
4) All potential tenants must provide references and proof of income.

Es erstreckt sich den südlichen Teil der Váci Straße entlang (zwischen Fővám Platz und Ferenciek Platz). Das Gebiet ist von der Linie Donau - Freiheitsbrücke – Kálvin Platz – Astoria Platz – Erzsébet Brücke eingekreist, und ist quasi die Pester Altstadt.
Wenn Sie in irgendeine Straße dieser Nachbarschaft einbiegen, werden Sie verzaubert sein, und unwillkürlich diesen kleinen und isolierten Teil der alten Pester Seite weiter entdecken wollen.
