The apartment is close to Oktogon, Teréz krt., Andrássy str. and Opera and ideal for 1 or 2 students or travellers. It is located in a frequented area, close to the best ruinpubs but in a quiet house. The public transport is excellent, it is near to metro stations. The apartment is in good conditions, furnished. It has a livingroom with friendly kitchen and galery and bathroom. The flat is on the 3rd floor (no elevator). 
The size is 30 sqm (w/o galery), WIFI internet is available on demand. The rent is 520 EUR/month. The deposit  for rental over 1,5 months is 750 EUR, and that you would get it back when you leave the apartment.
