Since it is on the 3rd floor ( do not worry, there is an elevator) the flat is bright and shiny all day long. Despite of the central location, you should not be concerned about the noise, as the bedrooms are facing the inner backyard and therefore super calm.
It has two bedrooms, a spacious modern kitchen and a huge livingroom as well as a cozy bathroom.
