                                            From three room apartment the Two bigger room (living room and bedroom) is available for rent in the heart of the 5th district in Vaci street, close to the main location like Ferenciek Square, Fovam Square, etc.
The apartment has to be share with one french girl, who is renting the smaller bedroom. The 600 eur include already the rental fee, all of the utility fees like common cost, heating fees, water, electricity and unlimited internet connection. The only common area is the kitchen and the small hall, so you can easily separate yourself in the living room and the bedroom which is opened from the living room. Living room has a double bed sofa, so you can easily host your guest. The two room is around 45 sqm together.
The apartment is fully equipmented with cooker, fridge, washing machine, etc.
The outdoor space which is the corridor is separate from the common corridor, so in the summer time you can sit down outside and enjoy the freetime:)
