The apartment has a big living room, one bathroom and a separated toilet.
The flat is fully equipped; washing machine& dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, television, big fridge, oven, microwave, toast.
The prices depends of the room chosed
Prices are rental price + averege utility cost. If utility cost go ahed from 180 € the difference will be divided into the 3 bedrooms in 1/3 to each.
If you rent for only 5 months it's a + 50 € /month
