We have a room for rent in a stunning location apartment right at Astoria.
The room will become available later this summer, the photos are fresh.
Its a clean and cosy place, smelling fresh, it could be your future home!? :)
The tenant decided to move abroad and had a good time here.
As for the location: right at Astoria metro station. It is convenient to stay close to every main attraction and place to go. You can save a lot of time on travelling by choosing this location.
The room has a lock, a big bed, but also an additional sofa bed. It comes with a nice city view from the french balcony of the room. Has space for studying or working from home. The curtains are black-out, but possible to change if you prefer getting some light from outdoor in the morning.
The flat has a living-room. The kitchen is equipped, not to mention it has a nice balcony for morning cafes facing the inner garden of the house. Washing machine is in the laundry room. There are 3 bathrooms in total, one private and normally you are 2 for one bathroom or you can share both 2.
The building's garden is a nice spot for summer activities. Also there is a safe bike storage inside. The building management does a nice job in the house. There are no airbnbs.
Right now the flatmates are 4 girls who are mixed students and young professionals, mixed nationalities :) They are really respectful and keeping the apartment organized. :) It can be girls only, as well, but we do not insist on a girl, boys are also welcome, then for sure we can remove the flower decorations :)
The price of the room is 340 EUR + 60€ utilities including every bill for one person.
