It is fully furnished and equipted. It has 2 bathrooms , one with bathtube and a one new with shower.The kitchen is also renovated and fully equipped (microwave, dishwasher etc.)
In utilities there is common cost, internet and administration fee  gas, water, electricity are upon consumtion so you pay only what you consume.

It’s in the quiet and safe 6th district, few minutes walk from Metro1 and Tram No. 4-6.
 The flat is on the second floor in a classical building, the building has no elevator.
