Several tourist attractions are just for a few minutes walking distance from our apartment e.g.: Hungarian State Opera, Jókai square and Liszt Ferenc Square (great restaurants and cafes), Pest Broadway - Nagymező street, Heroes’ Square and the City Park (Városliget), the biggest Synagogue in Europe, Jewish Heritage, Andrássy Avenue (Andrássy út), House of Terror, Millenneum Underground, The Basilic, Fashion Street in Budapest, Shopping streets. In addition Margaret-island (Margitsziget), Parliament, Buda Castle, Baths in Budapest and Museums are a few stops with tram or metro from the apartment. Close to our apartment you will find lots of supermarkets, bars, market, banks and various shops. You can enjoy international cuisine in various restaurants in the well-known Liszt Ferenc square.

Despite the 6th district is a cool and interesting zone of central Budapest, it is somehow an eternal second one. It's the second most popular touristic and residential district after the fifth district on the Pest side. Many real estate agent declare that this is the second most required district of home seekers. When it comes to nightlife it also have the second rank after District 7 where the old Jewish quarter earned the title of the "party district".
