                                    This large and sunny apartment (65 m2, or 740 sq.f) is the perfect combination of style and elegance, centrally located by Oktogon metro station, features 1 real bedroom with a king size bed and a spacious living room with a confort sofa bed. There is free Wi-fi internet connection, Satellite TV, Stereo.  There is planty of natural light, high ceilings and total privacy. Bed linen and towels provided are only of 100% cotton. Cushions and duvets are of Hungarian goose feather.The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find a "starter kit" with basic food like salt, sugar, tea, pasta...Just to survive the first days. Upon request, I will even arrange to pre-stock your regfrigerator with groceries so that you can settle in without any worries.The apartment is fully equipped for you and for your kids. For them you will find baby cot, highchair, baby plate and spoon and baby bath. You can play chess or other board games with the elder ones or can read one of the books in English, Italian or Spanish. There is centrally heated water for long, generous hot showers or baths (most apartments in Budapest only have a small water tank). Heating can be regulated individually, another important feature in a flat in Budapest.This nice and cosy flat is located in the heart of Budapest but at the same time is very peaceful. It is in a small street near Oktogon square where the Unesco Heritage Andrassy Avenue (with beautiful belle epoque palaces and the most elegant shops) and Nagykorut (the lively Gran Boulevard with a lot of small local shops) meet. The Opera House, Music Academy, Parliament, St. Stephan's Cathedral, Robert Capa Center and the most of the theatres are just in a few steps away. Should you arrive by car in the next building there is a garage with the cheapest parking fee in central Budapest. In the same place there is also a wellness center with spa, swimming pool and fitness facilities. Should you wish to visit Budapest with a private guide it will be my pleasure to organise it for you.No extra fee for late check out or final cleaning.Discount for long stay.
