On the ground floor of a traditional house from 1898, with a large court yard and fine neighbours. In front of the house you have a tram stop, bus and trolley station at only 30 m, metros number 2,3 and 4 at 5' walking distance.
Features: one separate bedroom, well equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilette, washing machine. Dining area with dining table, WIFI, satellite TV with over 500 channels, including English, French, Polish, German programmes.
Breakfast is available on request for 3,00 Euro at a nice restaurant near by (2-3 minutes walk from the apartment).
Check-in: from 14:30 to 24:00.; Check-out: until 11:00
We kindly ask our guests to clean the apartment before they leave it. If not, a 12 EUR cleaning fee is requiered.
It is not allowed to smoke inside our apartments and inside the house!
Minimum stay is: two nights. In case our guests would like to stay for only one night, to the intial price the amount of 5 EUR/night will be added.
Our rates are VAT tax included. City Tax - 4%- is not included.

How does "Downtown Highway" sound to you? This is how local people often refer on Rákóczi road which is a 4+2 lane main road (2 for the buses) in the core of the city that connects also three important metropolitan stations and crosses the Grand Boulevard and the Small Boulevard as well.
Some may are too picky to give also a busy road a chance to find good gastronomical venues there too but I can assure you this central road has some impressive locals to offer. The track of it can be a good area to have your apartment around because from here you can get very easy to basically every point of the central Budapest and of course you don’t have to suffer from the lack of any infrastructure, pubs and bars neither.
