Nagyon jó közlekedés, a 4-6 villamosok HARMINCKETTESEK TERE megállója a ház előtt van, a Corvin Sétány, Kálvin tér és Blaha Lujza tér metróállomások cca. 5' vannak. A 83 troli, melynek a Nagycsarnok a végállomása 50 méterre, szintén a ház előtt található az éjszakai busz megállója.Tömegközlekedés kiváló, sarkon két nagy ABC, patika, bankok, éjjel-nappali ABC, egyéb üzlet, templom, kórház, fogászati klinikák, közel a Szabó Ervin Könyvtár. In July and August short term rental is possible with all inclusive fees: 1500 EUR/month, 600 EUR/week, minimum stay is 1 week, max nr of people in flat is 2, deposit 600 EUR for short stays, 1000 EUR/month. Bed linen and towel are provided for additional fee of 20 EUR/person.
