The flat is located in Szigony utca which is a quiet street and it is close to the M3 metro line.
It is suitable for university students and medical ex-pats because it is
very close to the medical Semmelweis Egyetem (Semmelweis University)  and Eötvös Loránd Tudományegyetem

160 sqm apartment, located on the 1st floor of a classical building. The building is without elevator. 
Each room are furnished with double bed, wardrobe , table, chair and some accessories. Kitchen fully equipped with washing machine. The flat has 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, so easy to share among 5.  of course there is powerful wifi in the flat.

We have 5 bedrooms available in the Flat: we just put the advert en of June, so all room still available



Bedroom 1: 310€ + 1/5 utility  cost (50€ average) AVAIBLE
Bedroom 2  the biggest one: 340 € + 1/5 utility  cost (50€ average).
Only in this room we allow double use. In that case price is + 70€/month. BOOKED

The Flat can be occupied by the payment of 1st month rental fee  + 2 month deposit + Agency fee 200€.  Additional service included, bi-weekly cleaning in common areas.
