Sunny flat with two separate bedrooms in the center of Budapest, yet very cozy and quiet. Located close to the Danube, 2 mins walk from Nehru-Park, the Tram nr. 4-6 stops in front of the flat. It is located on the Main Boulevard, but faces to roofs and the Buda hills, therefore is very quiet. All the rooms have a window on them, so it is sunny all day long. Fully furnished and equipped, also has plates, cups and cooking tools; coffee machine, water boiler, handy blender, vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, iron, ironing board. Also available for (couple of) weeks or months during summer time. Accomodates four people comfortably (one full size bed and an adjustable couch), or even two more persons on airmatrasses if needed. The 4-6 Tram Line is the Artery of Budapest. Operates 0-24 on the boulevard, stopping by all the main attractions. You can walk down to the Danube shore Nehru-part, where you can enjoy the view and also take the 1 Euro boat line, order a nice cup of coffe and see the breathtaking view of the bridges, hills, Buda Castle, Parliament and many more. The flat is in downtown, the main parties and attractions are available in 10 mins from the flat. A38 boat is just over the Petőfi bridge. Right next to the house you can find absolutely everything: Grocery stores, Vegetable shop, Drugstores (dm, Rossmann), Banks (K&H, OTP, CIB) Pharmacy, Bakeries, Discount stores, Chineese food, Italian food and other restaurants, hairdresser and beauty salon, etc., absolutely everything you might need in a flat and for yourself.
Ráday street area (inner 9th district) is located along the Ráday street, up from the Southern part of Grand Boulvard to Kálvin Square and to Liberty Bridge and back to Grand Boulvard along the Danube.
It is known for Ráday street a vibrant cobblestoned street with restaurants, pubs, coffeeshops and their terraces. In the evenings dj’s, jazz and other kinds of bands play music to the audience. You can find all kinds of places here: from cheap to expensive, from a potato bar to a traditional Hungarian restaurant. There used to be some underground and cult pubs here but when the area turned very popular and the prices began to rise, they moved. The last 2 ones of this kind of places are "IF" and "...
