                                            The apartment is in a historically-protected building built around 1885. A full-renovation was completed in 2018. It is on the top floor (3rd), and there is no elevator. The windows face Bródy Sándor utca and a quite courtyard.

There are 3 rooms – 2 bedrooms, plus one large fully equipped kitchen/dining/living room. Additionally, it has 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. In total, the flat is 75 sq. meters. The ceilings are high and all the original features -- including doors, door frames, windows, and door handles – have been preserved. The heating is a gas condensation boiler with radiators in all rooms.

The Palotanegyed area of District VIII is an excellent neighborhood has its own special atmosphere. The neighborhood is full of cafes, shops, and everything else you might need. There are good restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops within 5 minutes. You can do all of your shopping close by. The flat is a short walk to the National Museum. You can re lax at the National Museum park.
