Your future home is in an excellent location - in the middle of the vibrant city centre of Budapest. Still it is very quiet, all 5 windows looking onto a sunny inner court with large green trees. 

You can choose to take the elevator or climb the few stairs to the 1st floor where the flat is located.  

It can well accomodate 3-4 adults, and is perfect for couples. The apartment is spacious, has one bedroom with a large queen size bed on a big wooden gallery and a double sofa bed in the living area. The dining room with kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped. High ceilings and tall doors contribute to the blend of the historical and the modern which gives this apartment its unique charm. 

In the kitchen you will find everything what you need for cooking, make coffee or tea. There is built-in refrigerator under the countertop of the kitchen where you can find your bottle of wine as a courtesy from your friendly hosts.  Cheers! :-)

There are towels and hairdryer in the en-suite bathroom. 

There are several tourist guides/books in the apartment, in English and German, presenting Budapest Anno and Now. Some every day life tools from the last century are also shown as decoration (antique writing machine, telephone and iron machine).

                                            Perfect location at central Blaha Lujza sq. Access to main public trasportation is within arms reach. Yet it is quiet. 
It is equipped with kitchenette, fridge washing machine,tv, Wifi etc.. Standard is a double bed but can be arranged to suit four.                                    

                                            Right in the center of Budapest, close to theaters, concert halls, restaurants and entertainment venues lies Klauzál utca. The street has limited traffic, but the walking distance to everything that happens in Budapest is 3-4 minutes. It's close to all the ruin bars and to the Kazinczy "party" street. Doboz and Fogas ház is literally 1 minute from the house. Corvinus University is 15 minutes, ELTE is 10 minutes far.
Behind the rather worn facade of a house built in the 1850s, lies a pleasant courtyard with balconies. The apartment is on the fourth floor and measures 70 square meters, with kitchen, bathroom, a spacious entrance hall, large living room and two bedrooms, one large and one small. Double bed in the small bedroom and double bed in the master bedroom allows 4 people to sleep comfortably, but it is also possible to take advantage of the sofas in the master bedroom, because they are actually beds too. There is a large dining table in the living room with seating for several people. The kitchen has hob, fridge and microwave.

The furniture is a mix of old and new to keep the apartment's character.

The design we have given to the apartment makes it truly special throughout our own photos of Hungary. It accommodates up to 4 people very comfortably. We really believe that Budapest is the best city of the world and we do everything to make you feel it this way too.

Our guests have access to the best pubs, restaurants and clubs in town. The area offers 24/7 grocery shopping opportunities, money change in the building and amazing transport links even to the country side.

We welcome all guests on arrival and share our best tips about Budapest with them. We have a list of the "must-visit" pubs hanging over the kitchen on a chalk board and we also offer our favorite restaurants, bathes and activities in town.

We love the area because it is within walking distance to all sights and it is right in the middle of the buzzing, cultural and art scene of Budapest. If you ever heard about the so called "ruin pubs", then I have good news - they are all situated around this apartment!

There are two Metro stations 5 minutes away, heaps of buses/night buses stop on the street. There is a tram which takes you around the city center. We have a taxi stand on the other side of the road.

It sound very busy here, but you don't have to worry the apartment is dead quite, because it faces to the yard.

It is a busy area, but the windows are well insulated, so you won't hear any noise from the street.                                    

                                            The flat is centrally-located (in Wesselényi street) and has very good public transport. One can get to the tram in literally 2 minutes. The flat is quiet, bright and fully-furnished; it is comfortable and can accommodate up to 4 people. The flat is available for both long and short terms.                                    

                                            The Casa Italia Apartment can be found in the 
city centre where a lot of restarant and shops 
are and from there every monument,thermal 
baths,entertainment facilities are reachable in 
10-15 minutes thanks for the public 
transportation facilities.The apartment has 2 
separate rooms,bathroom,kitchen,balcony and it 
is equiped also with tv, hifi.
This apartment is ideal for families because 
very quiet but it is in the city centre.
