Our beautiful, 60m2, newly renovated apartment in central Budapest in a classical, national heritage old building is up for rent. It is on the top floor with plenty of sunlight coming in during the day. It is also very calm and quiet. The building itself was recently renovated, including a new elevator. Our heating heating system was completely modernised (new aluminium heaters) and therefore heating is very effective and low cost. Overall bills are well below average. The apartment is completely renovated to high standards, including a new kitchen with open dining area and a luxury bathroom with high quality rain shower as well as a new AC system in both rooms. It is quiet with truly high ceilings (4m) and two separate rooms: bedroom with a gallery adding a second sleeping space (14m2) looking into the quiet courtyard and living room (30m2) that has a large window overlooking the Buda castle and a quiet side street.
