It's 2 minutes walking from Mester utca.

The flat is close to the Soroksári office corridor and international universities. Apartment has modern kitchen with dining area, modern heating system with own meter, air conditioning and has balcony facing to the west. Building has inner garden with playground, which is locked for the night, thus secure. The flat is fully equipped with heater, washing machine, Wifi, TV cable. The kitchen is with all necessary kitchen appliances, with fridge, oven, microwave, toaster... The apartment has a cozy and bright room with double bed and has a beautiful balcony.
Really pleasant place of living for young couples or students. Optionally there is a parking place. Rental contract for 5 months more: 550 €/month + utility cost. Note: we charge an agency off 300€ (one time when signing the contract). Our flats rented without bed linen and duvet (except if we have agreed differently in particular conditions).
