From the dining room we enter to the huge and bright living room with an electric fireplace in the centre. The room has two windows with a street view. Thanks to its good location the flat is both calm and luminous.
Beside the double bed in the bedroom, there is also a pull out sofa in the living room. Also, there are some cupboards to pack out.
The heating system is electrical that can be installed in every room to provide the appropriate temperature.
The flat is 62m2 and located on the 2nd floor.
The rental fee for a long distanced rental time is: 1000 EURO/month+2 month caution+overhead.
