Our HANDMADE APARTMENT is a tiny, gorgeous one with 20m2 floor area. Our vision was to create a small space with a very high standard, which meets all needs of a student or a young person starting to work, and offers a lovely, intimate feeling every day. The main feature of the apartment is the clever arrangement of functions and the bespoke interior, made precisely by a specialist joiner. The timber and white combination has a simple but elegant impression. All timber is made of real beech, including shelves and flooring. The apartment is on 2nd floor, which is the top floor. There is no elevator. The windows overlook the roof of the neighboring house and a fire wall behind. The flat is very bright, south facing. This is one part of a twin apartment, but both units have everything separate. There is a good heating and warm water system installed, which serves both units with separate meters. There is a TV on the wall installed, the pictures don't show it yet. All utility costs (gas, water, warm water, electricity, heating, common costs, internet) are in the fixed price included, which is due each month with the rent together. The utility costs are calculated for 1 person. 2 months security deposit is needed, which will be returned at the end of the contract, in case the apartment is in a proper condition. Apartment is available for a non smoking person, pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Central but still solidly conceals its values from classical mass tourism, though it is not easy to resist a slow wandering in the labyrinthine neighbourhood. Palace Quarter shows an authentic, completely unique and distinctive street image of Budapest but also you could hardly compare it with the downtown of other European capitals: the palaces ...
How does "Downtown Highway" sound to you? This is how local people often refer on Rákóczi road which is a 4+2 lane main road (2 for the buses) in the core of the city that connects also three important metropolitan stations and crosses the Grand Boulevard and the Small Boulevard as well.
Some may are too picky to give also a busy road a chance to find good gastronomical venues there too but I can assure you this central road has some impressive locals to offer. The track of it can be a good area to have your apartment around because from here you can get very easy to basically every point of the central Budapest and of course you don’t have to suffer from the lack of any infrastructure, pubs and bars neither.
