Building has inner garden with playground, which is locked for the night, thus secure. The flat is fully equipped with heater, washing machine, Wifi, TV cable. Really pleasant place of living for young couples or students. Optionally there is a parking place. Rental contract for 5 months more: 550 €/month + utility cost. Note: we charge an agency off 300€ (one time when signing the contract). Our flats rented without bed linen and duvet (except if we have agreed differently in particular conditions).
