On the Norhtern tip is Duna House and just to the South of it are Duna-pest House and Castrum House. These latter ones offer high-end amenities for their tenants: gym, spa, wine storage room, snooker-room.. and a full panoramic view to the Danube and Buda side.
Going down to the North there are some modern office buildings, and the National Theater and MÜPA (Palace of Modern Arts) are on the Southern tip close the Danube bank row.
