This 200-apartment condominium consists of 200 apartments and was constructed at No. 13 Szinyei Merse Pál Street, and Nos. 51-53 Szondi Street with the combination of renewed classical and new buildings.
The development locatoed in the area bordered by Kodály körönd [Circus], Podmaniczky Street and Andrássy Avenue. Public transport facilities including several bus lines, a trolley line and an underground railway line facilitate access to the city center. In the nine-storied “House in the Szinyei Merse Street” Condominium 200 apartments were developed, the smallest one comprises one and a half rooms, the largest one comprises four rooms, however, the building also contains two- and three-room apartments.
