i have a few rooms or bigger flats of more then 4 bedrooms for international students to share and enjoy their stay in budapest together!

Octogon, Opera, Liszt Ferenc Square, Andrasy Street, Kiraly Street, Erzsebet Korut, Terez Korut
all 1 minute walk from the flat,

the flat is in an awesome location,
next to Opera House, and Octogon.
SUPER CENTRAL, can walk to all tourist attraction by foot...

Andrassy Avenue (the luxury shopping street) few meters away

5 separate bedrooms
each room has double bed and a pullout sofa, study desk and a wardrobe.

an open kitchen with living room has a pullout bed too.
3 of the rooms have a gallery (loft) where is a sleeping bed on the top.
the flat has 2.5 bathrooms.

kitchen fully equipped with sandwhich maker, microwave, kettle, oven, fridge all new!! and so on...

internet connection already installed in the flat

3 bathrooms (2 showers and 2 separated WC)

in the apartment you will find everything you need for your stay in Budapest,
Wireless internet connection WiFi is already connected,

in each room you will find a double bed, study desk, a wardrobe of course and in 2 of the rooms also a  pull out couch (to relax and if you have guests you can open it for a bed also)

LOCATION:
the location is very nice just infront of Rakoczi Square the newly built Metro line 4
Blaha Lujza Square M2 is also just 1 tram stop away or 4-5 minutes walk.

there is also tram 4 and 6 just infront of the apartment which runs 24/7 day and night,
it will take you along the Budapest Boulevard.

just infront you'll find the Rakoczi Market as well, where you can buy your shopping and also fresh vegetables and meat

post office, several Banks and 24 hour grocery shop

The rooms cost about 250 to 300 euro per room depending on the room and the period you want to rent it!
