South part of District 13 is a superb location. This neighborhood has wonderful residential and peaceful atmosphere. The area is hosts of small artisan shops, little cafes, family owned restaurants and dining, entertainment facilities and supermarkets are located around the building and the street. Westend City Mall, one of the biggest Shopping center of Budapest is in an easy walk at Nyugati square. The lovely Margaret Island and the Danube river is an easy walking distance that is perfectly suited for recreation and outdoor facilities.

Public transportation is excellent. The main tramline nr 4-6 is running day and night. Danube tram line nr 2 is also few minutes walk. M3 (blue) metro at Nyugati square is only 1 tram stop away or barely 8 minutes walk.
