The apartment is located in the very center with excellent transportation, but it is noiseless and peaceful with a balcony and an open-air parking place. It is on the second floor of the building (there is an elevator), the living room has 4 windows and it is extremely bright, while the bedroom has one window and it is a bit darker. Where you enter you have the kitchen, to the right there is the big living room with the balcony, to the left there is the bedroom with a loft and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is available from both rooms with a shower, a toilet and double sink. The apartment was renovated 4 years ago also with new heating and new windows. Although the area is very lively, you can't hear it in the apartment, but you have everything in the neighborhood: supermarket, bars, restaurants, hairdresser, playground, park, etc. You can reach 3 underground lines with 5 minutes walking and also the main tram line (4, 6) with 5 minutes walking. If you have a car you can park it in the courtyard of the building for free.
