The 82 m2 apartment located in the heart of the "ruin pub" district (inner VII. district) of Budapest. The flat is spacious and all the 3 rooms and the kitchen are extremely bright. Thanks to its arrangement the functions of the rooms can be easily varied. Thus it is suitable for being a tenancy with multiple independent bedrooms, hostel or office. Consequently it is a great investment.
The flat has very good access to different means of public transport. In five minutes-walk the stations of 3 metro lines (M1, M2 and M3-towards the airport), two main tram lines (47-49 and 4-6 lines) - including the only 24h service of Budapest – and additionally trolleybus and bus lines (7, 74, etc.) are reachable.
A real jewel of the apartment is its balcony that looks onto the quiet and green inner garden of the house. Almost 3 m tall windows increase the elegance of the two larger rooms. The flat was renovated in 2014 involving the 3 rooms the bathroom and the separate restroom.

espite having 4 metropolitan lines, the most important public transport vehicle of Budapest might be two tram lines: the iconic 4 and 6. They are following the Grand Boulevard all along, drawing a half circle, crossing the Danube two times, connecting Pest with Buda and they are operating 0-24 in at least every 10 minutes. They are simply to admire, aren't they?
No wonder that many pubs are to be found along the line of 4-6. Most of them in District Seven, at the range of the Party Quarter of Budapest. There is also a pub chain called the 4es6os. You can spot them at several stops. One of the oldest is at the Wesselényi street stop.

Of course you can catch some rare gems in the crossing streets also on the left side. But when you start from house number 1. in the order to get the most out of the pub hunt you have to stay in line and when it comes to turning, better turn to the right!
