                                    We offer an apartment in the center of Budapest, in Dessewffy str. for rent, available from 01.04.2026.
The apartment is close to Oktogon, Teréz krt., Andrássy str. and Opera and ideal for 1 or 2 students or travellers. It is located in a frequented area, close to the best ruinpubs but in a quiet house. The public transport is excellent, it is near to metro stations. The apartment is in good conditions, furnished. It has a livingroom with friendly kitchen and galery and bathroom. The flat is on the 3rd floor (no elevator). 
The size is 30 sqm (w/o galery), WIFI internet is available on demand. The rent is 540 EUR/month. The deposit  for rental over 1,5 months is 810 EUR, and that you would get it back when you leave the apartment. Common charges are NOT included in the monthly rent (ca. 80 EUR/month based on the consumption).
