Va desde calle Király al sur de la avenida en el norte, y desde el Boulevard Grande en el oeste hasta calle Felső erdősor en el este.
La sección media de la avenida Andrássy (entre plaza Oktogon y calle Bajza) es un paseo ancho con edificios clasicos en los dos lados, una cosa, que puede sorprender a los visitantes con sus dimensiones: techos altos, ventanas grandes y fachadas con decoración de una gran riqueza. Para poder poner nuevos apartamentos superiores encima de los edifcios antiguos, se ha finalizado muchos proyectos de techos en la decada pasada.
