The beautiful and safe house is located 1 corner from art, music, restaurants and main sights. By the other corner you can find the buzzing nightlife and the ruin bar area of the 7th district. 
Still quite and spacious. 
Perfect place either you are up for a long city trip, studying, or working in Budapest.
All my past rentals were very happy there and can highly recommend it.
