Our beautiful, 60m2, newly renovated apartment in central Budapest in a classical, national heritage old building is up for rent. It is on the top floor with plenty of sunlight coming in during the day. It is also very calm and quiet. The building itself was recently renovated, including a new elevator. Our heating heating system was completely modernised (new aluminium heaters) and therefore heating is very effective and low cost. Overall bills are well below average. The apartment is completely renovated to high standards, including a new kitchen with open dining area and a luxury bathroom with high quality rain shower as well as a new AC system in both rooms. It is quiet with truly high ceilings (4m) and two separate rooms: bedroom with a gallery adding a second sleeping space (14m2) looking into the quiet courtyard and living room (30m2) that has a large window overlooking the Buda castle and a quiet side street. It is furnished and has everything you need for a shorter (5 month) or longer (up to 12 month) stay. It is in the very centre of Budapest, full of great coffee places, bakeries, restaurants, theatres and shops around. Major public transport lines are within a couple of minutes, as well as rentable city bikes (25 meters from the door). We renovated the apartment for our own use in the future, so we did not spare on anything. We are looking for someone (perfect for couples as well) who will enjoy the space and take care of it as their own. We have a video as well, which we can email upon request.

Magnetic Midtown Mania around Andrássy Avenue, Pest Brodway and co.
This neighborhood can be the perfect middle ground of Budapest living. Its exciting midtown area alongside attractive sights of the Hungarian capital but still residential, somehow wild and colorful. It has more diversified microclimate even within its own imaginary borders.

Many real estate agent declare that this is the second most required district of home seekers. When it comes to nightlife it also have the second rank after District 7 where the old Jewish quarter earned the title of the "party district".
Nowadays people may wonder when they hear that District 6 had an own pub quarter sooner: the surrounding area of the Pest Broadway became a pub and bar neighborhood even before the current party quarter started to blossom.
