Our beautiful, 60m2, newly renovated apartment in central Budapest in a classical, national heritage old building is up for rent. The building itself was also recently renovated, including a new elevator. Our heating heating system was completely modernised (new aluminium heaters) and therefore heating is very effective and low cost. The overall utility costs are low.
The apartment is completely renovated to high standards, including a new kitchen with open dining area and a luxury bathroom with high quality rain shower as well as a new AC system in both rooms. It is quiet with truly high ceilings (4m) and two separate rooms: bedroom (14m2) looking into the quiet courtyard and living room (30m2) that has a large window overlooking the Buda castle and a quiet side street. It is furnished and has everything you need for a shorter (5 month) or longer (up to 12 month) stay.
It is in the very centre of Budapest, full of great restaurants, theatres and shops around. Major public transport lines are within a couple of minutes, as well as rentable city bikes (25 meters from the door).
We renovated the apartment for our own use in the future, so we did not spare on anything. We are looking for someone (perfect for couples as well) who will enjoy the space and take care of it as their own.
We have a video as well, which we can email upon request.
