                                    Located close to Grand Market Hall and Liberty Bridge at Kalvin tér downtown, in an avarage and tipical (before renovation), old historical multiflat house (built in 1920's) on its first floor (no elevator !) where you can experience the real life in Budapest like a Budapester as you are also supposed to live the locals lifeand keep the order of the house. You will have a really strong impression when you enter the gateway from busy Üllöi street and you can get in touch immidiatelly with the past 80 years of Hungary. 
Our small studioflat/maisonette is on the first floor, entrance from courtyard corridor. However NovakStudio is located in the middle of busy downtown yet wonderfully peaceful,safe and relaxing and feels like a true home far from home.
Size 32 sqm and was completely refurbished in May 2013, has a combined living area with an openaired kitchen and upstairs a sleeping area and a small sleeper . The apartment situates up to 4+1 guests: comfortable for a couple,faily,friends.. It has a small bathroom with a bathtub/shower, washbasin and WC. Fully equipped open plan kitchenette,a dining table with 4 chairs,further 2 barchairs and armchairs serve guests comfort.

Das Gebiet (innerer 9. Bezirk) erstreckt sich an der Ráday Straße entlang, oben vom südlichen Teil des Großen Rings bis Kálvin Platz und bis zur Freiheitsbrücke und zurück zum Großen Ring die Donau entlang.

Das Gebiet ist berühmt für die Ráday Straße, eine vibrierende Straße mit Kopfsteinpflaster, Restaurants, Pubs, Cafés und ihren Terrassen.
